- A compulsory medical inspection of all the pupils will be made once a year by qualified medical officer.
- ABSENCE
- A student who fails to attend the school due to sickness should bring a medical certificate from a doctor on joining the school.
- Parents should fill up the ��Record for Non-Attendance�� for each day the student is absent from school stating the reason for absence.
- No one, who has been absent on the previous day, will be allowed to attend school the next day without a note in the diary by the parent.
- Leave for going out of station should be approved prior to proceeding on leave.
- A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him to do so.
- Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than a week renders the student liable to have his/her name struck of the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of re-admission charges and with the permission of the Principal.
- It is compulsory for the student to complete 80% of the attendance in the academic session to make them eligible to sit for final examination. The percentage, however, could be relaxed on medical grounds. However, Class X and XII students will be eligible to sit for Board Examination only if he/she has at least 75% attendance to his/her credit.
- No retest will be conducted for those who miss any of the Unit Test/ Terminal/Annual Examination on account of Personal/Medical ground.
